A few tips on looking up records. The serious crimes are found using the Circuit Court option at the link above. The Summary Court option is just for less serious crimes like speeding, small court cases involving less than $5,000, and landlord tenant problems. By declining the terms you are routed back to the county's home page where you can access other public records. You can go to the "Find It Here" link and click on "York County Links". There are ways to look up all sorts of records. A good one is tax records that show where potential tenants have been living.
